Job Title: Engineer Technical Support - L1

Job Summary

The Engineer Technical Support - L1 will provide first-level technical support for various hardware and software systems. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Nutanix, firewalls, switches, networking, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for technical issues related to Nutanix, firewalls, switches, and networking.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of networking and virtualization solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Nutanix, firewalls, switches, networking, and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
