Job Summary
The Engineer Technical Support - L1 will provide first-level technical support for networking solutions, specifically focusing on Aruba Clearpass. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in technical support and networking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for technical issues related to Aruba Clearpass and networking.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and technical problems.
- Document and track issues using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in technical support or networking.
- Basic knowledge of Aruba Clearpass and networking concepts.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
