Job Description - Engineer Technical Support - L1
Job Title: Engineer Technical Support - L1
Job Summary
The Engineer Technical Support - L1 is responsible for providing first-level technical support to clients and internal teams. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various technologies, including WAF, Load Balancers, Network Security, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical support environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for technical issues related to WAF, Load Balancers, Network Security, and Endpoint Management.
- Assist in the configuration and management of security solutions, including DLP, PIM/PAM, VDI, MFA, IAM, and SASE.
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with WAF, Load Balancers, and Endpoint Management tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
