Job Title: Engineer Technical Support L1
Job Summary
The Engineer Technical Support L1 will provide first-level technical support for electrical maintenance issues. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or electrical maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Performance Expectations
