Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Engineer Support Cloud Infrastructure. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing and monitoring cloud-based systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, improving system performance, and ensuring security compliance. The Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to ensure a seamless cloud environment for Wesco Anixter’s global operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure, including managing and monitoring cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in Systems Administration and Troubleshooting with expertise in Linux/Windows operating systems and network protocols
- Skills in Automation and Scripting using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or programming languages such as Python or Shell
- Knowledge of Security Standards and Compliance, including identity management, access control, and encryption protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or related certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
