Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for an Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Process Analytical Specialist. The position involves managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and promoting process analytical products & solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing technical proposals, presenting product features, and providing pre-sales and post-sales support to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Process Analytical (i.e) pH,DO,OD,Conductivity,ORP,Turbidity
- Experience in product promotion, market research, and business development, especially in automation and engineering solutions.
- Skills in technical proposal writing, presentations, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with products from leading brands such as Mettler-Toledo,E&H,Hach,Hamilton
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electronics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the analytical instrumentation sales or biotech industry is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform in an on-site environment and flexibility to travel when required.
