Job description: Senior Engineer / Engineer Procurement
Location: Krishnagiri, Hosur
About The Gig - Candidate should have experience in
- Consumables – Fasteners, Oils, Greases, Plastic parts, Rubber parts, Stickers & Knowledge on Die (Off the Shelf Parts).
- Casting, Forging, machining, Cutting Tool, machining Fixtures, & Dies.
- Proprietary Parts like – Shock Absorbers, Fork, Head Light Assembly, Brakes assembly, Motor & Oil seals & Consumables.
- Sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, Welding fixtures & Rods & Tubes Procurement & Painting & Powder coating.
- Candidate should be flexible to visit Vendor locations.
- Candidate should knowledge in Microsoft EXCEL, WORD & Power Point.
- Should be align & work with Cross functional team for New Product development.
- Follow-up with the suppliers for timely delivery.
- Should have Experience in ERP system.
- Procurement Planning, Incoterms & cost saving activities.
- Knowledge in Subcontract Reconciliation & Vendor Rationalization.
- Knowledge in EBOM, Child & Parent part concept & basic costing.
- Manage Vendor Payments & getting material in time delivery.
- Handling quality issues with supplier & internal.
- Transport & People management.

What You Bring
Education Qualification: B.E Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4 to 5 Years in Purchase & Procurement (Automobile component manufacturing Industry – 2-wheeler)
