Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer - Sales & Marketing, based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, providing technical support for solutions, and driving sales of industrial automation and electrical products and services. The role involves presenting solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Technical Support skills, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of client issues related to industrial automation and electrical systems.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of industrial automation and electrical panel systems is highly desirable.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
