Sales
Job Description:
- Follow up for Account Receivable with all India customers.
- Joint management of the customer base according to sales territory (India)
- Order processing: quotations, customer orders, order confirmations, sample deliveries, replacement deliveries, credit notes, in coordination with iST internal Sales team and E&H India Team
- Monitoring and adjustments of delivery dates in coordination with customers and production
- Coordinate a small stock and material handling of samples and marketing material and import coordination to distribute in the Indian territory.
- Follow-up actions for quotations for Field Sales
- Master data maintenance in SAP, Salesforce
- Mutual deputy function Inside sales / Field sales in the sales territory.
Marketing
- Prepare and manage backend activity for Seminars & Exhibitions: Sending invites, follow up by phone, coordinating with iST Headquarters, E&H marketing and external vendors for catalogues / branch offices, coordination of transport.
- Handling post-exhibition /seminar activity, i.e. leads management in SF, updating the customer enquiry forms.
- Lead generation through existing POS and market research for new prospective customers.
Collaborate with iST Group Marketing team in any activity to expand the branding of iST in the Indian market.
