Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer specializing in Rubber Compound Mixing, located in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include handling rubber compound formulation, operating and monitoring mixing machinery and processes, maintaining quality control during production, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will also collaborate with the quality assurance team to address process improvements and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in rubber compound formulation, mixing processes, and understanding of rubber mixing machinery
- Knowledge of quality control principles and ability to implement quality standards in production
- Problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement strategies
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage production schedules
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in the rubber molding or polymer industry is preferred
