About This Opportunity
We are now looking for a Technical Authority Expert to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain!
What You Will Do
- Second level service problem restoration.
- To handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame.
- Raise CSR towards OEM.
- Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
- Acceptance testing of nodes.
- Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes.
- Feasibility Testing and Rollout of New Feature as per MOP
- Emergency Handling
- Interface with other organizational entities such as GNOC – 1st Level Assurance RAN, NPIs, FM etc.
- Ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements.
- To handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance, when necessary.
The skills you bring:
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
- Good understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 4G, 5G, Cloud infrastructure (NFV /Telco cloud) & Nokia OEM RAN products (mcBSC, Flexi BSC, Air Scale BSC, SRAN, NCIR, CBAM, DCAP, IXRE Switches..)
- Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, transport networks, access networks, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signalling, voice and data flows, valuable services
- KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting and analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment’s
- Good Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Cloud technologies and good understanding and working knowledge of Scripting
- Detailed knowledge of Services and customer segmentation
- Core and access network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and usage.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts

This role centers on ensuring that our services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested. What you will do:
- Act as the escalation point with 24/7 coverage in Automated Operations for technical expertise needs.
- Constantly monitor ticket queues to ensure timely responses and proactive detection of possible failures.
- Participate in routine maintenance activities, conduct change impact analysis, and contribute to performance KPI reporting.
- Provide 24x7 incident management support, initiating necessary escalations and conducting incident resolution.
- Perform system administration tasks, maintain databases, and manage user access.
- Execute change introduction activities, perform service request fulfilment, and handle standard changes.
- Undertake proactive problem identification, investigate and diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
- Drive customer experience improvement initiatives and provide full support during problem management investigations.
