Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer - QS and Billing, based in Vishakhapatnam. The Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as quantity surveying, preparing cost estimates, managing billing activities, analyzing project costs, preparing project reports, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure transparent financial management and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, preparing cost estimates, and conducting cost analysis.
- Skills in project billing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.
- Experience in preparing project reports, documentation, and financial reconciliations.
- Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and methods, with an ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
