Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer - Production based in Rajkot. The Engineer - Production will be responsible for overseeing production processes, planning and scheduling manufacturing activities, and ensuring quality control measures are adhered to. The role involves monitoring production efficiency, analyzing production data for improvements, and collaborating with teams to enhance productivity and meet deadlines. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to process optimizations are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and extensive experience in Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and optimizing production processes
- Expertise in Quality Control measures to ensure adherence to standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under deadlines
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
