We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Presales Engineer for
UPS and Battery solutions. The candidate will support the sales team by preparing technical proposals, system designs, and customer solutions for UPS, inverter, and battery projects. Basic knowledge of CAD drafting and electrical systems is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements for UPS, inverter, and battery backup systems.
- Prepare technical offers, BOQ, and solution proposals.
- Assist sales team during client discussions and technical presentations.
- Prepare single line diagrams (SLD) and basic layouts using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for technical specifications.
- Perform basic load calculations and battery backup sizing.
- Support tender documentation and compliance preparation.
- Provide pre-sales technical support for commercial and industrial projects.
- Maintain project documentation and technical records.
- Visit customer sites when required for technical discussions and surveys.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, electrical panels, and power backup solutions.
- Basic AutoCAD / CAD drawing knowledge.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and single line diagrams.
- Knowledge of battery sizing and load calculations preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in UPS, battery, inverter, or electrical industry preferred.
- Ability to work with sales and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
