Job Responsibilities :
Purpose of the Role - To implement maintenance processes and support in planning, scheduling & management of all activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance systems and facilities, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to ensure effective execution of maintenance work at site, and effective utilization of resources as per the established REAM processes and procedures as well as overall operations quality, safety and regulatory frameworks.

- Maintenance Planning -
- Facilitate to plan and schedule all maintenance jobs at plant, and manage the efficient utilization of resources (manpower, material, services, pooled assets, etc.) to carry out the jobs; Modify plan and schedule as necessary to accommodate resource constraints and other unplanned/ emergency jobs. Facilitate to identify gaps and support improvements in Rolling weekly planning of plants
- Coordination with plants for review and allocation of common resources and allocate and optimize the common resources across plants
- Prepare the REAM annual plan and budget and maintain multi-year plan for the plant in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor inventory modelling as well as review/ fix levels of plant-specific MRO items on periodic basis and monitor stock of spares and other inventory to take necessary action, where necessary
- Implement Turnaround/Shutdown planning system at site in line with Reliance philosophy. Support in turnaround/ shutdown planning and monitor execution as per established processes & procedures adhering to safety & quality standards and in line with CoE - REAM philosophy
- Maintain current job list in CMMS for non-shutdown, opportunity shutdown and shutdown jobs, as well as implement work order and related process in CMMS to monitor the usage
- Support in performing root cause analysis, incident investigation, APM, audits, etc. ; Provide inputs to Reliability Groups on Maintenance Plans for its effectiveness in reliability improvement and optimisation of maintenance
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify future capital expenditures identified through maintenance activities
- Perform the power user role for SAP Equipment Master and Planned Maintenance modules at site. Periodically review/update the SAP Master data for necessary Reliability compliances
- Carry our configuration of Asset Inspection and Maintenance Plans in SAP Master Data
- Implement and own Master Data and Technical Object Management
- Provide inputs to Reliability Groups on Maintenance Strategy/Plans for its effectiveness in reliability improvement and optimisation of maintenance
- Manage / Resolve common issues related to materials and contract management
- Implement IMS for the department and periodically monitor the compliance
- Participate in Risk Management and Reliability Improvement Initiatives/Programs at Site
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting -
- Prepare and share MIS report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance planning, execution & REAM, including schedule adherence, budget variance, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion of planned activities & shutdowns
- Track metrics for maintenance performance measurement and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions
- Track and expedite implementation of Recommendations from RCA/Incident Investigation/APM/Audits etc.
- Prepare periodic Planning & Reliability analytics reports and release to all stake holders
- Conduct/ Plan/Assist System Audits periodically and facilitate as a coordinator for REAM for various audits conducted at Site
- Policies, Processes and Procedures -
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
Education Requirement :
Necessary: Bachelor's degree in MechanicalEngineering preferred
Experience Requirement :
- Necessary: - 0- 3 years of experience in maintenance/ planning in similar or leading industries
