It should capture only the key responsibilities of the roleResponsibilities -Policies, Processes and Procedures -Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating and maintenance procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerKeep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures Develop test procedures and formats; Standardize and implement best practices and group guidelines for instrumentation system improvementWorkshop Maintenance Planning -Assist in preparation of workshop instrumentation maintenance cost and budgeting and provide inputs for optimization of resources and planningCreate maintenance schedules at a daily, weekly and monthly basis for instrumentation activities in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teamsEnsure maintenance KPIs of workshop instrumentation are met on a regular basisWorkshop Maintenance Operations -Perform critical instrumentation maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to highest quality standardsCoordinate with other functions and follow up for external repairs; Oversee maintenance of related instrumentation equipment at site common areasPerform planned turnaround and shutdown services performed on instrumentation equipment and systems to ensure they are maintained, tested and calibrated timelyAssist in inventory management of spare parts related to instrumentation systems, including identification of spare parts, tracking inventory levels, inspection of received materials, and support availability and standardization of critical sparesSupport in troubleshooting critical problems, as well as perform repair and refurbishment of instrumentation equipment/ componentsCompliance & Documentation -Prepare documentation related to compliance audit and support in ensuring adherence to statutory, HSE compliance, including RESOP, , CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings, etc.Prepare repair and test records, MIS, and reporting documents related to instrumentation system maintenance and update the same in a timely mannerEducation Requirement : Necessary: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Instrumentation/ Electronics stream) or a Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Instrumentation/ Electronics stream) (Preferred) Desired: Experience Requirement : Necessary: - 1-3 years of experience for degree in industrial / Instrument workshop maintenance field Desired:Knowledge of various codes and standardsDomain Knowledge of Instrumentation EngineeringInstrumentation workshop practicesGood communication, reporting and interpersonal skill.Co-ordinating skill.Analytical thinking ability for planning.Self motivatedTime management skill Skills & Competencies : B.
