Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Diploma Engineer Trainee located in Tarapur. The role includes working closely with senior engineers to assist with production processes, quality assurance, and machinery maintenance. You will be responsible for learning and operating various manufacturing equipment, supporting process improvement initiatives, preparing technical reports, and adhering to company safety and operational protocols. This role offers practical hands-on experience and opportunities to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical concepts in manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and understanding material specifications
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices, safety standards, and equipment maintenance
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering disciplines
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic software tools (e.g., MS Office) and interest in manufacturing technology is a plus
