This role is ideal for CDAC graduates who have a strong engineering mindset, solid programming fundamentals, and an interest in building scalable, maintainable automation solutions rather than manual test execution. The SDET will work closely with product teams, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and regression safety across complex enterprise systems.
How you’ll make an impact:
Test Automation Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Build API-level, integration-level, and workflow-level automated tests.
- Contribute to regression automation suites that support frequent releases.
- Implement automation using engineering best practices (reusability, modularity, maintainability).
Test Design & Analysis
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and system workflows to derive effective test scenarios.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust automated test cases.
- Identify edge cases, boundary conditions, and integration risks.
Quality Engineering Practices
- Participate in code reviews, test reviews, and defect root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure early detection of quality issues.
- Support continuous testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work with global teams in the US and Asia, following defined engineering standards.
- Learn and adopt enterprise tools, platforms, and testing methodologies.
Continuously improve test coverage, execution speed, and reliability.
