Job Description
- To prepare the list of project deliverables.
- Costing for Storm water network, entire plumbing network, ETP and STP System.
- Co-ordination with other discipline for necessary drawings.
- Planning for deliverable like Plumbing layout, raw water pump room layout, STP/ ETP Layout etc.
- Plumbing and Drain Line size calculation 6. Familiar with US Codes and standard.
- Prepare Tender document for Plumbing, STP and ETP network.
- Send enquiry of tender to approved venders.
- To release Technical Bid Analyses.
- To release storm water drainage layout, Plumbing layout, ETP and STP Layout.
- Co-ordination with other service like fire hydrant network, electrical cable routing etc.
- Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
- Auto CAD course.
- Working experience in MS office.
- Any other certificate course.
