Responsibilities
New service/support ticket management on the COE SW subdomains
- Incident ticket management
- Change ticket Management
- Underderstand CI-CDJenkins build/test and different pipeline stages and Valeo GenFramwork and provide support to various software projects as per guidance
- Understanding the CoreALM, ALM NG and SIE application and provide support to user requests.
- Always meet customer service within the defined SLA and thereby meet KPIs
- Ready to work in 24/7 support
Education/Training
- B.E/ B.Tech. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / BCA
Professional Experience
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools chain (Jenkins, github, gerrit, gcc,nexus, Artifactory, TeamForge, Codebeamer, Klockwork, Blackduck,...)
- Understanding of operating system administration (Windows, Linux) is a must
- Knowledge on CoreALM(Teamforge/ codebeamer)
- Knowledge of Static analysis tools like Klocworks/coverity etc
- Knowledge of Vulnerability scan tools like Blacduck etc
- Knowledge of software release management/exchange
- Knowledge of Docker is a plus
- Knowledge on Cloud Technologies (AWS) is a plus
- Working experience with Ticketing systems (like Jira) is must.
