- Responsible for end-to-end customer service.
- KPIs as defined under Streamline i.e. (Customer Satisfaction Index, Forecast Accuracy).
- Process improvements in CSD functions.
- Feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Reduce the number of service related complaints.
- Complaints addressing and closure within T-A-T
- Knowledge on Customer service, Logistics & Supply chain
- Insurance process If any transit claim
- Knowledge on GST, E waybill and mandatory documentation for Export and Domestic.
- Should have a knowledge on customer claim
- Manage and should report On Time Delivery, Workload Efficiency, etc. against the targets
