Role Overview
We are hiring a
L2 Wintel / Cloud Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows and Cloud infrastructure in a
24x7 operations environment. The role involves handling escalated incidents, maintaining system availability, and ensuring smooth IT operations across on-prem and cloud platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Windows Server Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure / O365 administration
- Experience in incident management and troubleshooting (L2 level)
- Understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of backup, patch management, antivirus, VPM
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix/Azure Monitor – preferred)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell – preferred)
