Level 1 (L1) Support Engineer to monitor and support Azure-based data pipelines. The role involves 24/7 monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and incident handling for data integration workflows built on Azure services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, and related components.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud platforms, data pipelines, and monitoring tools, with a strong focus on ticket handling and SLA adherence.
Experience in ITIL process
