Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Noida. The Engineer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day plant operations, including monitoring production lines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Typical activities include coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical problems, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, and assisting in the implementation of new equipment or technology. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, maintaining records of tests and inspections, and contributing to preventive maintenance plans. The Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers and management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering principles (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline) with the ability to apply them in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience or internships involving production support, equipment maintenance, or process optimization in an industrial setting are highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals, and to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards in manufacturing, including basic knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
- Proficiency with common office and engineering software tools (such as MS Office; exposure to CAD or basic automation tools is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on practical solutions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) from a recognized institution; relevant certifications or additional training in industrial or plant engineering are an advantage.
