Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for the position of Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the research, design, development, and optimization of electronics manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing systems, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and working on innovative engineering projects to refine manufacturing solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and troubleshooting technical issues will also be part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, including Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in process design, optimization, and manufacturing operations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in CAD tools, system analysis, and engineering simulation software
- Competence in project management, teamwork, and effective communication
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Assembly, Electronics Manufacturing Services, or related domains is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
