Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at Shambho Techsteel Pvt. Ltd. The Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality output, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves optimizing production operations, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities to meet targets
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain production quality as per specifications and standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance data
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Reduce production cost and minimize wastage
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate should have knowledge about Pilger and Drawbench
- Experience in seamless tubes industry 1-2 years
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of stainless steel manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in the stainless steel seamless tubes industry
