Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Kushtagi. The Engineer will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wind turbines, ensuring optimal performance of assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting, implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating with teams to address technical issues and optimize turbine performance. The Engineer will also adhere to safety and compliance standards while maintaining equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in wind turbine operation and maintenance.
- Skills in troubleshooting, identifying issues, and providing effective solutions for equipment performance improvement.
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance practices and understanding of safety and compliance protocols.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, reports, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Prior experience working with MW-class wind turbines or similar machinery is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site and flexibility to adapt to operational demands.
