Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in the Pune District. The Engineer will be responsible for project design and execution, overseeing engineering activities including conceptual design, basic and detailed engineering, and commissioning support. Daily tasks may include performing project feasibility analyses, preparing technical reports, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines and specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project design, basic and detailed engineering, and plant conceptualization
- Hands-on experience in project management, procurement, and contracting of equipment
- Expertise in engineering fields such as mineral processing, iron & steel making, or energy systems
- Knowledge of technology selection and site selection in project planning
- Strong analytical skills to prepare project proposal and feasibility reports
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
- Ability to oversee commissioning activities and ensure compliance with performance guarantees
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related field)
- Experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
