Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and delivery, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. The Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and optimize resources and processes for effective project execution. Tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day site/project execution.
- Interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out as per design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and on-site progress.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Eligibilty
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil preferred, if applicable).
- Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and execution processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
