Job details:
1.Complete Inspection knowledge on electrical & electronic components and mechanical spare parts.
2. Should be able to troubleshoot a PCB to the component level.
3. TroubleShooting the computers and repair them as per the requirement.
4. Expertise in normal soldering. IC’s soldering & de-soldering, SMD soldering & de-soldering, Microcontroller soldering & de-soldering and all leaded components. using all the appropriate test equipment including power multi meter and tools.
5.Prepare cables as per the requirements using proper tools
6.Troubleshooting & repairing UPS, Stabilizers, Transformers, DC Rectifiers & power supplies.
7. travel to customer locations for rectifying the issues of UPS, Stabilizers as well as for escalations as and when required. Communicate effectively with the customer / internal departments / peers, train the fellow team members.
8. Prepare document the work instructions / procedures that are to be provided to the field service team for ease of Installation, upgrades, repairs, troubleshooting etc.
