Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer, located in Bengaluru South. In this role, the Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for AI-driven applications. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing system performance, debugging complex issues, and integrating AI technologies into enterprise systems. The Engineer will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure software aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software programming and development languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with AI/ML tools, libraries, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, database management, and scalable architecture design
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for working in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in compliance, legal, or enterprise processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
