Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role located in the Pune Division. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project operations, ensuring quality control, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining project timelines. The role includes collaborating with teams to implement efficient scaffolding solutions, supervising equipment usage, and inspecting safety measures. The Engineer will also contribute to technical planning, problem-solving, and innovation in delivering painting and surface-enhancement solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, resource planning, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of engineering principles and experience in construction or painting and surface treatments
- Expertise in safety protocols, equipment management, and compliance standards
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering excellence
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Technical experience with scaffolding and rope-suspended platform solutions is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements
