Role Description

This is a full-time Engineer role at Anko, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Engineer will design, develop, and implement solutions to support the technological and operational objectives of the organization. The responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing technical challenges, optimizing systems for efficiency, and maintaining the performance and security of applications and tools used in business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning, NLP, or AI system development, particularly with LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Design and deploy cutting-edge AI agents using our orchestration layer built on next-gen agentic stacks

• Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and API integrations using RESTful and event-driven architectures

Technical Skills Required:

Python, Agentic AI Agents,

LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Frameworks, Google ADK

NLP, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Applied ML(Good to have)

RESTful APIs, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, GIT

DevOps and Cloud (AWS, GCP)
