- Strong ability to troubleshoot Office365 products (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) using GUI and PowerShell
- Experience with MS Intune MDM, including but not limited to configuration policies, compliance policies, and app protection for various device types
- Technology Expertise OS: - Windows (95%) & Linux (5%)
- Virtualization: - VMware
- Backup: Veeam
- Storage: Nimble Hardware, Cisco UCS & Dell Storage,
- Servers Cloud: AWS Snapshots, Azure Backups, Azure Blob Storage
- Platform: Azure AD, O365, Azure Virtual Desktop Applications: Active Directory, MS Exchange
