Job Title: Engineer – STP/ETP Operations & Projects

Job Summary
LiqSure Systems Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer with expertise in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of biological treatment processes, project execution capabilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves end-to-end involvement from site surveys and feasibility studies to project execution and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and optimise STP/ETP systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Work with and troubleshoot treatment technologies such as Hydrodynamic Cavitation and SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor), MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), and ASP (Activated Sludge Process)
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed technical assessments
- Perform technical feasibility studies for new and existing projects
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) including design, costing, and execution plans
- Evaluate and analyse tenders, including technical and commercial aspects
- Manage project lifecycle from planning to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution
- Deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Vacancy
- Hands-on experience in STP/ETP operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of biological treatment processes (SBR, MBBR, ASP)
- Experience in DPR preparation, tendering, and project management
- Good understanding of regulatory norms and compliance requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to perform site assessments and technical evaluations independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant industry experience (flexible based on candidate capability)
- Exposure to industrial and municipal wastewater treatment projects
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
