Key Responsibilities
- System Integration
- Support the integration of electrical and electronic subsystems into complete products (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment).
- Define and manage system interfaces, wiring harnesses, and communication protocols.
- Ensure seamless interaction between hardware, embedded software, and control systems.
- Design & Development
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop schematics, layouts, and integration plans.
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation of integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across hardware and software domains.
- Testing & Validation
- Develop and execute integration test plans (functional, performance, and reliability).
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, automotive E&E standards like AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure holistic product integration.
- Provide technical support during design reviews and customer audits.
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners for component compatibility and integration.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare technical documentation, integration guidelines, and test reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in electrical/electronic system integration.
- Strong knowledge of wiring harness design, circuit design, and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation software
