Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Engagements Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support. Daily tasks include managing schedules, handling communication, preparing expense reports, and coordinating engagements. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution of administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support executive-level operations effectively.
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure clarity in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Executive Support, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in common office software like MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
