About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as an Engagement & Outreach Executive. In this role, you will serve as the primary face of our two flagship SaaS products, an HR Recruitment Tool and an EdTech Platform, conducting virtual product demonstrations, engaging prospects, and supporting the Sales & Business Development pipeline from the comfort of your remote workspace.
This is a high-impact, communication-first role ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through technology, is comfortable with outbound engagement, and thrives in a structured yet independent work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct virtual product demonstrations for both the HR Recruitment Tool and EdTech Platform via video conferencing tools.
- Execute targeted outbound cold calls and email outreach to generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Deliver compelling, tailored product presentations to prospects, addressing queries and highlighting value propositions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, demo outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM provided by the company.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to align demo strategies with campaign goals.
- Gather product feedback from prospects and relay insights to the internal product and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly demo targets and contribute to conversion goals.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and competitor landscape through internal training and resources.
- Adhere to company compliance standards, data privacy norms, and professional communication guidelines at all times.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, IT, or related fields preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic familiarity with IT/SaaS products, HR processes, or digital advertising concepts is preferred.
- Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams), CRM platforms, and standard office productivity software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Work From Home Infrastructure Requirements
Candidates must independently ensure the following work-from-home setup prior to onboarding. The company will not provide equipment or infrastructure allowances unless otherwise stated in the offer letter.
- Stable broadband/fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 200 Mbps (upload + download).
- Dedicated desk/workstation setup with a personal laptop or desktop (specifications will be shared during onboarding).
- Noise-free, professional working environment suitable for client-facing video calls.
- Reliable power backup (UPS/inverter) to ensure uninterrupted availability during work hours.
- Webcam and headset/microphone with acceptable audio-video quality.
Work Schedule & Attendance
- Standard working hours: 9 hours per day (inclusive of breaks), with a mandatory minimum of 8 hours active system login per day.
- Login and logout timings to be tracked via the company's attendance/productivity management system.
- Work schedule follows applicable Indian labour law provisions, including weekly rest days and statutory holidays as per the company's leave policy.
Training & Onboarding
Selected candidates will undergo a structured, paid one-month onboarding and training programme at the company's Head Office in Pune. This is mandatory for all hires.
- In-depth training on the HR Recruitment Tool and EdTech Platform — features, use cases, and competitive positioning.
- Hands-on practice sessions for conducting live product demos.
- Sales communication, objection handling, and cold calling techniques.
- Introduction to CRM tools, reporting systems, and internal SOPs.
- Travel and accommodation during the training period are to be borne by the Candidate.
