This is a highly visible, strategic role designed for a seasoned operator who will act as the quarterback for high-stakes implementations. You will own complex enterprise deliveries end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. What Youβll Do π
- Own Enterprise Delivery End-to-End: Lead high-value, multi-phase enterprise implementation projects ($200Kβ$1M+ ACV) across multiple simultaneous high-stakes accounts from kickoff to successful go-live.
- Drive Executive Relationships: Act as the primary relationship owner for enterprise accounts, building deep trust with C-level and VP stakeholders, running steering committees, and expertly navigating complex escalations.
- Lead Solution Design & Technical Direction: Run architecture workshops, design integrations, workflows, and data migration strategies, and make critical decisions regarding native integrations, APIs, and iPaaS tools.
- Step Into the Details When Needed: Maintain a hands-on approach by debugging integrations, validating configurations, running PoCs with AI tools, and stepping in to rescue and stabilize at-risk projects.
- Influence Across Teams: Partner with Sales to ensure realistic deal scoping, collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface platform gaps, and coordinate with Customer Success for seamless post-onboarding handoffs.
- Drive Delivery Excellence: Maintain rigorous project governance, track key operational metrics (budget, milestones, CSAT), and continuously optimize delivery playbooks and standards.
What Theyβre Looking For π
- Extensive Delivery Depth: Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or professional services delivery roles, with a proven track record of driving complex go-lives.
- Technical & Solution Capability: Strong, fluent understanding of system architecture, data migrations, APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML/SSO, and integration frameworks.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to seamlessly pivot between high-level business ROI conversations with executives and deep-dive technical discussions with engineers.
- Business & Operational Acumen: Strong discipline in project management, with a sharp eye for project economics, scope management, resource utilization, and proactive risk mitigation.
- High Ownership Mindset: An action-oriented operator who leads through influence, excels in ambiguous environments, and takes ultimate responsibility for business outcomes rather than just task execution.
- AI Comfortability: Passion for experimenting with and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, validate feasibility, and optimize workflows.
