Role Summary
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and managing resident engagement, community programs, partnerships, events, and resident experience initiatives across co-living properties. The role requires someone who can combine community building, operations, events, and customer happiness to improve resident retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Building & Resident Engagement
● Build a strong resident community across properties.
● Foster a sense of belonging among residents.
● Drive resident interaction through structured engagement initiatives.
● Manage onboarding experience for new residents.
2. Events & Experiences
Plan and execute high-quality engagement activities, including:
● Community dinners
● Fitness & wellness sessions
● Networking events
● Movie nights
● Workshops & masterclasses
● Festival celebrations
● Sports tournaments
● Weekend outings & social mixers
3. Resident Experience & Retention
● Improve resident satisfaction and retention.
● Proactively engage with residents to solve concerns.
● Collect regular feedback and implement improvements.
● Work closely with operations and property teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Digital Community Management
● Manage resident WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
● Create monthly engagement calendars.
● Drive participation through digital engagement campaigns.
● Ensure timely communication and updates.
