Role Brief
We are looking for an
Engagement Manager to drive strategic success and revenue growth within a dedicated client pod. You will be the primary driver of relationship depth and operational excellence, sitting between our Pod Leader and our execution team (Leads/Associates).
Your mission is to translate high-level strategy into client impact. You are responsible for ensuring our mid and large enterprise clients see Goodera not just as a platform, but as a core strategic partner in their social impact journey. This role requires a
highly people-oriented professional who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while maintaining the analytical rigor of a consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Own the primary relationship with key stakeholders across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You are the "trusted advisor" who understands their CSR and HR goals.
- Pod Facilitation: Work closely with the Pod Leader to streamline internal operations. You will guide Leads and Associates in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring the pod engine runs smoothly so the Leader can focus on high-level decision-making.
- Revenue & Expansion: Identify and execute on opportunities for account expansion. You’ll lead the proposal process and strategic "pitches" to increase revenue within your mapped accounts.
- Project Oversight: Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of volunteering programs, ensuring they are delivered with the high "Goodera standard" of excellence, on time and within scope.
Job Requirement
Expertise And Qualifications
- The Hybrid Profile: 4-6 years of experience. A background in Strategy Consulting and Startups is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in a B2B environment. You are a "people person" who builds trust quickly.
- Exceptional articulation skills. You can simplify complex project data into a compelling narrative for global customers.
- Collaborative Leader: Low ego and high empathy. You enjoy mentoring more junior team members (Associates/Leads) and working cross-functionally with Product and Ops.
