Role Summary

We are hiring a Knowledge Management (KM) Consultant to build and scale ProcDNA’s

knowledge ecosystem. The role involves managing knowledge repositories, generating

business insights, and enabling consulting teams with high-quality research and

reusable assets across Pharma and Life Sciences domains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain knowledge repositories (SharePoint/intranet) for structured storage and easy retrieval

Develop knowledge assets – industry reports, competitor intelligence, case studies, newsletters, and benchmarking content

Conduct secondary research and market analysis to support client engagements and internal teams

Partner with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and deliver actionable insights

Support proposal development and business development initiatives

Drive content standardization, taxonomy, and governance frameworks

Leverage automation/AI tools to improve knowledge discovery and workflow efficiency

Required Skills

5–8 years of experience in Knowledge Management/Business Research/Consulting support

Strong exposure to Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare domain

Experience with SharePoint or similar KM tools

Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

Exposure to Power BI / automation tools / AI-driven KM solutions

Understanding taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge architecture
