Role Summary
The Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end operational coordination of client audit engagements across Glocert's service lines. The role involves managing client onboarding, supporting audit delivery, liaising with audit teams, and maintaining the operational infrastructure that ensures consistent, on-time delivery of audit and certification services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client onboarding activities, including intake meetings, scoping confirmations, engagement letter preparation, and kickoff scheduling
- Prepare engagement-specific documentation, including kickoff presentations, status reports, and client communications
- Manage client correspondence, and escalate risks and dependencies to leadership in a timely manner
- Assist with internal reporting, including weekly engagement status summaries and leadership updates
- Coordinate communication between clients,audit teams, and leadership across multiple time zones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-directed working style with a high degree of ownership and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or work experience in audit, consulting, compliance, or operations functions
- Familiarity with project management platforms
- Coursework or certification in information security, quality management systems, or related fields
