Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple operating companies within the region. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing requisition flow, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience. This position partners closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Managers, and HR partners to ensure hiring needs are met on time and with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for skilled trades, technical roles, sales, and leadership positions across multiple sites within the region.
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Partner with regional and site leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage requisition intake, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, community partners, and industry associations to support long‑term talent pipelines.
- Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at hiring events and career fairs.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and candidate experience best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, construction, HVAC, or field‑based industries.
- Experience supporting multi‑site or multi‑state operations.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and passive outreach.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
