Energy Systems Engineer
Massive Charging · Noida / Gurgaon
We run 100,000+ EV charging sessions a month across UP, Haryana, and Delhi. We've built the hardware network. Now we're building the software intelligence on top of it — and this is the core hire for that.
What you'll own:
— A dispatch optimiser (LP/MIP) that decides when our battery storage charges and discharges across each hub, based on ToD tariffs, solar input, and live EV demand
— Forecasting models on our proprietary session dataset — EV load curves, grid price signals, solar generation
— The integration layer between the optimiser and live hardware via OCPP 2.0.1 and Modbus
What we need:
— 3–6 years in EMS, smart grid, or grid-connected storage in India
— Python + an optimisation library you've deployed in production (cvxpy / PuLP / Pyomo)
— You've worked with real DISCOM tariff data, not textbook problems
— You've shipped something that ran on real hardware
