• Design, lead, and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that ensures the reliability, performance, and quality of our entire platform. • Lead and grow the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of quality across the organization by mentoring team members and defining best practices. • Architect and implement scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks. • Develop and manage test plans for our mixed fleet of mobile robots including testing in both high-fidelity simulations and on physical hardware. • Establish processes for validating our cloud services and AI-powered inspection skills. • Integrate QA processes seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines and provide clear feedback to development teams to continuously improve product quality.
