🚀 We're Hiring | Energy Management & Utilities Engineering

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
What You'll Do
✅ Optimize power, fuel, water, and compressed air consumption across manufacturing plants.
✅ Improve the efficiency of boilers, chillers, air compressors, and utility distribution systems.
✅ Identify and implement high-impact energy conservation initiatives through data-driven analysis.
✅ Lead short-term and long-term energy optimization projects.
✅ Drive carbon reduction and Net Zero initiatives while maximizing green energy utilization.
✅ Visit manufacturing plants regularly to monitor implementation and performance.
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in energy forums, seminars, and technology summits.
We're Looking For
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Energy Management and Utility Operations within a large manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong expertise in biomass/coal/oil/gas-fired boilers, chillers, air compressors, steam, water, and compressed air systems.
✔ Proven track record in energy efficiency, utility optimization, and cost reduction.
✔ Energy Management Certification (Certified Energy Manager/BEE) will be an added advantage.
✔ Passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
