🚀 Job Title: Energy Audit & Inspection Engineer (HVAC + Solar)
📍 Location: Onsite (Industrial / Commercial / Solar Plants)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Energy Audit & Inspection Engineer to perform onsite inspections of HVAC systems and Solar PV plants using advanced diagnostic instruments. The role focuses on identifying energy losses, system inefficiencies, and performance gaps, and supporting data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities🔹 HVAC System Inspection
- Measure temperature, humidity, and IAQ using thermo-hygrometer & CO₂ meter
- Assess airflow and ventilation using anemometer
- Identify heat loss, insulation issues, and leakage using IR thermometer & thermal camera
- Analyze electrical performance using clamp meter & power analyzer
- Check refrigerant pressure, leaks, and system health (manifold gauge, leak detectors)
- Evaluate energy losses such as overcooling, over-ventilation, duct leakage, and solar heat gain
🔹 Solar PV Inspection
- Perform IV curve testing and string analysis
- Conduct thermal inspection of modules for hotspot detection
- Measure electrical parameters (voltage, current, insulation resistance)
- Monitor irradiance using pyranometer
- Identify faults like string mismatch, shading, and degradation
📊 Data Collection & Analysis
- Record all measurements in structured formats (Excel / software tools)
- Tag data with location and system details
- Support energy loss calculations and performance metrics (PR, efficiency)
🔍 Fault Detection & Reporting
- Identify HVAC losses:
- Overcooling, humidity imbalance, air leakage, poor ventilation
- Identify Solar losses:
- Soiling, hotspot, mismatch, electrical faults
- Assist in preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations
⚠️ Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical and onsite safety protocols
- Ensure proper handling and calibration of instruments
🎓
Qualification- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering ⚡
- Mechanical (HVAC specialization preferred)
- Energy / Renewable Engineering
🧠
Required Skills- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (cooling, ventilation, airflow)
- Understanding of Solar PV systems
- Hands-on experience with field instruments
- Basic data handling (Excel, reports)
