Lead Generation Specialist

We are a fully remote company with no fixed headquarters. The team is spread throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. The Role: We're hiring a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to identify, message, and qualify NFT projects to launch or bridge to GMI. You'll be prospecting mainly through Twitter and Discord (our top two channels), plus LinkedIn and any other creative source you can find. Your mission: Build real relationships, generate conversations, and hand off qualified leads to our Partnerships team. Your Targets: -50–100 outreach messages per week -5–10 engaged replies per week -3–5 qualified leads handed off weekly What You'll Do: -Research and target NFT projects with strong communities or momentum -Personalize and send direct messages on Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn -Nurture relationships until projects are ready for a call -Keep simple tracking of outreach and responses -Collaborate with our Partnerships team for a smooth handoff What You Bring: -1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (Web3/NFTs preferred) -Excellent written communication and people skills -Hands-on familiarity with Twitter, Discord, and LinkedIn -Strong understanding of the NFT space and current trends -Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do!
