Hiring for an exciting opportunity for an Endpoint Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Windows environments, automation, endpoint management, and enterprise deployment/testing.
Role: Endpoint Operations Engineer
Location: Bangalore (No relocation)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Environment
Experience: 7+ years
Key Skills Required:
✔️ PowerShell scripting & automation
✔️ SCCM & Intune administration
✔️ Windows OS imaging & task sequencing
✔️ Endpoint deployment & packaging
✔️ macOS troubleshooting & deployment workflows
✔️ ServiceNow / Jira exposure
✔️ Functional & regression testing
✔️ Windows registry, GPO & security privileges
✔️ Virtual & physical machine creation/testing
✔️ AI-assisted scripting & automation exposure
Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for endpoint-related escalations
• Automate repetitive operational and testing tasks
• Analyse recurring incidents and implement preventive fixes
• Conduct deployment, compatibility, and regression testing
• Build and maintain Windows/Mac endpoint environments
• Create technical documentation, test cases, and automation workflows
• Collaborate across teams to improve endpoint reliability and processes
